No. Joining TableTennisMarket.com is free. There is no fee for auctioning items for a price less than $250.
No. You don't pay us to list your item. If your item is not sold, you can re list the same item without any fee paid.
No. You will not pay any fee when your item is sold. There is also no fee when the item is exchanged between two different sellers.
This policy applies for any product listed for a price below $250.
Yes. You can list your item with a status called BUY OUT. The members who are interested to buy will pay you that amount and buy the product from you. Please consider auction because you may get more money for your item than listed in the BUY OUT offer.
You might have bought a new paddle for $75 and don't like it. You want to get at least $40 for that paddle. That price is called 'reserved price'. You can set this reserved price in the auction, and you are guaranteed that you would receive that money. If the auction does not fulfill that amount, you can re-list the item.

- Receive the payment before you ship the item.

- Once you are the winner of the bid, contact the seller and send the payment.
- Ask the seller to send a tracking number and insurance if possible.
- Leave a feedback for the seller.
- The best way to pay the seller is through paypal. Open a paypal account at http://www.paypal.com if you don't have one.
- Personal Check is another way to pay.
- You can use Money Order or Western Union to pay also.
It is your responsibility as a buyer to request a tracking number and
insurance unless the seller promise those in the bid. If you have a
tracking number and the insurance for the package, you can contact the
shipping service to refund you the money.
If you are in the United States, US Postal Service (USPS) has
affordable shipping methods. You can ship a blade or rubber for less
than $5. Visit the local post office or visit online at http://www.usps.gov
to read the various shipping methods available. We recommend you to use
the USPS Priority Mail which can reach anywhere in the US within 1 to 3
days. Use tracking and recipient signature verification to avoid any disputes.
Know each other before sending money to a seller. If the seller is fake
or has defrauded you, please contact us so that we will let others
members know. We will provide you information about the Government
agencies who work to prevent online frauds. You can file a complaint
against the seller if you are defrauded. Please keep all the
communications as evidence. Unfortunately, we can't help you to recover
your money back.
